ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

We love our customers, and we aim to help them as much as we can. However, as of January 2023, Garden of Aadyn will be providing store credits based on the discretion of a GOA representative unless you fit the following criteria below.

You may Only be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:

• One or more of your items becomes unavailable after you’ve submitted your order.
• With a supporting image, your items are shown as damaged with  little to no product (or less than 3 quarters of the product remaining). 

STORE CREDIT IS A ONE TIME CREDIT THAT LAST FOR 90 DAYS!

GARDEN OF AADYN DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE. 

Garden of Aadyn will not issue refunds If:

• The product was already used
• The order status states “Delivered” on USPS website
• Your package was lost or stolen
• Claimed damaged without any supporting evidence.
• Minor damages (product can still be used)

We don't offer refunds if you are allergic to any product.  All ingredients are listed on the website, please read the ingredients  list before purchasing and do a patch test before fully committing to a  product.

YOU ARE ONLY QUALIFIED FOR ONE (1) REFUND/REPLACEMENT PER YEAR. 

Once your return is received and  inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received  your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or  rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund  will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This refund will only be applicable if in alignment with the refund policy above.

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It is a joy for us when we see your  reviews, therefore, Garden of Aadyn wants to make sure everyone gets  their orders delivered right to their doorstep/mailbox. By doing this,  you would have to make sure that your address is entered properly when  placing your order. Make sure that apartment numbers, suites, unit and  trailer numbers are entered correctly as well as your complete address  for a faster delivery.

• Please make sure to check your address before order submission.
• Also, please DO NOT enter P.O. Box address if you want your order to be delivered to you, use your physical address.  
• Garden of Aadyn WILL NOT make  any changes or adjustments to an address whether transposition  (rearranging or entering) of street numbers, unit number etc.

All orders are shipped through our carrier, USPS. 

If you wish to return a product, you should contact us at gardenofaadyn@gmail.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75,  you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing  shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your  returned item.

Shipping Fees

Once you’ve added the items to your  cart, shipping fees will be accessible. Your shipping fee will be based  on your state/location. 

Shipping to Processing

Shipping to processing will take up to 5-14 business days, waiting threshold is up to two (2)  weeks. This can only be in the instance of any form of delays.

Garden of Aadyn products are made to  order freshly by hand. Our products are in high demand therefore after  submission your order will go through the 1st order of processing and cannot be cancelled. There are three (3) orders of processing. These are:

• Gathering ingredients and Materials (Jars, bottles etc)
  • In this  process, our production team calculates and determines the amount of  ingredients that are needed, and then sends the information to our  supplier to begin the process.

• Raw processing 
  • This  entails the creation of the products by hand. Garden of Aadyn does not  use manufacturers to supply products simply to keep the authenticity,  longevity and freshness of these items

• Distribution 
  • This is  where your order has now been fulfilled and is getting prepped for  shipment (at this time, you will receive a tracking number that may  states “awaiting item” on the USPS website)
